We specialize in the rec2rec market which means that our clients are recruitment agencies in the UK looking for recruiters and it’s our job to supply them with staff by finding them the right people and sending them to interviews. If a client decides to hire one of our candidates they pay us a fee after the candidate’s probation period is finished.

Long story short we’re using a software that generates candidates on LinkedIn. It works so well that we have unlimited supply of candidates.

We work with 54 clients and each client is giving us at least 10 roles so we have more than 500 live vacancies at the moment in London, UK.

All we’re looking for is someone to follow up on the candidates, send them to interviews and close the deals.

Working from anywhere around the world, as much as you’d like on a salary and commission basis.

The commission structure is below and it’s calculated per month depending on how many deals you close.

1st closed deal = £200

2nd deal + £300 = £500

3rd deal + £400 = £900

4th deal + £500 = £1400

5th deal + £600 = £2000

6th deal + £700 = £2700

7th deal + £800 = £3500

8th deal + £900 = £4400

9th deal + £1000 = £5400 etc.

The basic salary is negotiable.

The recruitment to recruitment (rec2rec) market is a very fast-paced environment and it’s pretty simple. All you have to do is call the candidates, ask them literally 10 questions, send them to clients and close the deals.
