One of our trusted clients – Sandvik, and the company's growing team in Sofia, we are looking for System Administrator - Purchase to Pay

Position overview:
As a SMRT Purchase to Pay System Administrator you will manage administrative, maintenance and development requirements for Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems/ tools globally within SMRT because the processes and tools within P2P should be efficient and fit for purpose globally taking local requirements into consideration as needed.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage administration, maintenance and development for solutions (for example Basware and Sharepoint) used within SMRT P2P;
- Manage user access management for the solutions;
- Manage the operative support model for the solutions;
- Manage the change request process for the solutions;
- Attend/ drive system admin meetings with Sandvik IT and software providers;
- Support/drive improvement initiatives with the P2P process owner;
- Support BSC/GPO and the business with insight/statistics/reports on efficiency of tools used.

Your profile:
- University Degree in Business / Finance / IT;
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in Finance, Purchasing and/ or IT;
- PRINCE2 and/ or ITIL certifications are an advantage;
- Some travel might be required.

- Service Oriented;
- Effective (360) communication (English as a second language fluent);
- Understanding/ experience of IT/ Software support/ maintenance model;
- Analytical thinking;
- Problem solving;
- Capable to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Organizational change management and capable to quickly adapt to changes as well as to promote them;
- Financial, accounting and purchasing systems;
- Shared services;
- Strategic/ Tactical and Operative Purchasing;
- Robotics/ Automation.

Language skills:
- Fluent in English.
